We are gladly at your disposal with our cleanliness measurement devices for sound process chain analyses. We will also help you with residual gas analyses of your components and assemblies by means of our ARGAT® systems. Optionally, the analyses can be complemented by baking steps by means of our vacuum ovens.
Our service employees have been assembling, operating and maintaining vacuum systems in the high vacuum (HV), ultra-high vacuum (UHV), extreme ultra-high vacuum (XHV) and very clean vacuum range (UCV) for many years. We apply these experiences in order to offer different services and repair services for vacuum systems, vacuum pumps and quadrupole mass spectrometers to our satisfied customers.
In addition to the purchase of a system or a service measurement, we also offer the possibility, if required, to rent measurement and analysis systems for the use at your company for several months.
