Technical Teamlead for Technology and Development (m/f/x)
TREAMS GmbH is an innovative high-tech company specialising in the construction of vacuum systems. We set standards in the detection and analysis of chemical-film contaminants and outgassing rates and offer high-precision systems and services for industries such as automotive, medical technology, aerospace and semiconductor technology. As a technical team leader, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks: from internal team meetings to clarify and distribute tasks, to liaising with other group leaders and project management, to participating in online and on-site customer meetings. Together with our dynamic team, you will develop innovative solutions in the field of vacuum technology. Are you ready for this exciting challenge?
Your tasks
Responsibility for and further development of the Technology and Development Group and its employees.
Distribution/Organisation of upcoming tasks and projects within the Group.
Continuous improvement of our systems, machines and processes.
Checking production documents (e.g. models, drawings or circuit diagrams).
Preparation of technical documentation, such as risk assessment and conformity assessment, as well as preparation of operating instructions, etc.
We look forward to hear from you, if you
- have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a state-certified technician or hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
- have an organised and structured way of working and are able to prioritise tasks.
- describe yourself as an open-minded and communicative person who likes to lead discussions for finding solutions to tasks and problems.
- have knowledge of design and SAP, desirable.
- have already gained experience in managing employees.
- have a willingness to travel (approx. 15 %).
