Our systems define today´s standard for the detection and analysis of chemical film-type contaminants and outgassing rates on parts and assemblies. The used technology offers you the possibility to determine the exact cleanliness and outgassing characteristics of your parts.

Our analytical devices

ARGAT® - Automatic Residual Gas Analysis Tool

ARGAT® is a measuring device for residual gas analysis under vacuum. It fully-automatically determines outgassing rates of individual components and complete assemblies. 

As a result of the automatic spectral measurement, residual gas compositions can be determined directly and gas contributions can be clearly assigned to their sources. Furthermore, ARGAT® provides absolute and comparable measured values of the outgassing rates in mbar * l/s/cm², which enables the determination of appropriate test values.

ARGAT®  devices can be configured low-particle and free of heavy metals and silicones to meet the requirements of different industrial sectors for the operation in clean rooms.

VIDAM® - Fully automatic cleanliness measuring device for film type contamination

VIDAM® is a cleanliness measuring device which determines chemical film-type contamination on the entire product surface by vacuum-induced desorption. Individual components as well as assemblies can be tested non-destructively and fully-automatically. As a result of the spectral measurement, contaminations can be clearly identified and assigned to their causes.
