VIDAM®
Fully automatic cleanliness measuring device for film type contamination
VIDAM® is a cleanliness measuring device which determines chemical film-type contamination on the entire product surface by vacuum-induced desorption. Individual components as well as assemblies can be tested non-destructively and fully-automatically. As a result of the spectral measurement, contaminations can be clearly identified and assigned to their causes.
In addition, VIDAM® provides quantitative results in grams per surface. The patented process enables the definition of appropriate test values.
