Our abbreviation stands for "TREATMENT AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS" and symbolizes our expertise in the development as well as manufacturing of automated solutions for residual gas analysis, cleanliness measurement and dry cleaning as well as for space simulation The employees of our company, founded in 2017, incorporate their many years of experience in the fields of outgassing measurement, component cleanliness and vacuum technology into their everyday work.

At our company headquarters in Großlöbichau near Jena, we employ a diverse team of people in a wide range of departments such as assembly, service, development and in the commercial and administrative areas.
