Since we started in 2017, we at TREAMS have embarked on an impressive growth path. Our number of employees has expanded, and with it not only the wealth of experience has grown, but also the extensive knowledge they have acquired during their time with us. At TREAMS we attach great importance to the cooperation between the individual departments, promote a friendly tone and rely on flat hierarchies. Our highly motivated working groups work hand in hand and always have the goal in mind of maximizing the satisfaction of our valued customers.
This department, which is managed by Martin, is responsible for the development of new system types and the technical interpretation of customer inquiries and specifications. With their knowledge and experience, they support all other departments, for example in discussions with customers and suppliers, the short-term preparation of drawings for procurement or the preparation of all data for system acceptance tests. Another area of responsibility is the implementation of workshops, seminars or technical presentations for various customer groups and events.
The main task of Max’ team is the assembly of our systems from the provision of the technical documentation and materials and the support up to the factory acceptance test. The colleagues also actively support the service department. We are proud to welcome our second trainee mechatronics engineer in 2023.
Our dedicated team members are deployed around the world to take customers' systems into operation, maintain and, if necessary, repair them. They also train our customers in the operation of the devices.
Controlling and automation of our systems is completely developed in-house. Our PLC programmers take full care of the software development, installation, commissioning and service for our systems.
In addition to sales and purchasing, the members of our commercial team also take care of material supply for smooth assemblies and are responsible for our marketing. The key role in the company, project management, is also based here. For us, it means much more than mere customer communication - it is also the central interface to all our internal departments.
